These Terms of Service govern your use of EduPlanner, a desktop application by Language × AI Lab. By downloading or using EduPlanner, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Overview

EduPlanner is an offline-first desktop application for educators to manage students, classes, grades, lessons, timetables, and related tasks. Available for macOS and Windows.

2. License

Free Tier: Use at no cost. Includes Student Management, Class Organization, and Task Tracking.

Pro Tier: One-time purchase ($29 USD / ¥4,500 JPY). Grants lifetime access to all 9 modules and updates for one user. No redistribution or resale permitted.

3. Data and Privacy

All data is stored locally on your computer (SQLite). We do not collect or transmit personal data. Network communication only occurs during Pro license activation via LemonSqueezy API.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in EduPlanner are owned by Language × AI Lab. No reverse-engineering or modification permitted.

5. Disclaimer

EduPlanner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
